Standards & certifications
Titan is designed to IEC 62053-22 and IEC 62052-11, and is CE certified. Great Britain continues to recognise CE marking for many product categories alongside UKCA; we do not hold UKCA marking today, so confirm the requirement for your application with us before ordering. Our Type 2 EV chargers are designed to IEC 61851-1, type-tested to IS 17017 (BIS) in India, and support OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1. We do not hold MID approval, so Titan is for sub-metering and monitoring rather than legal-for-trade billing.
Titan meters are CE certified, and our Type 2 AC EV chargers are type-tested to IS 17017 (BIS) and designed to IEC 61851-1. Export deliveries ship with NABL-accredited calibration reports. We do not hold other market-specific approvals today, so we confirm the documentation your market needs before you order. Pilot orders and distributor sample units are available on request.
Deployment & logistics
We ship FOB Nhava Sheva / Mundra or CIF Felixstowe / Southampton on request. Transit is typically 21–28 days. Catalogue meters and chargers ship from stock; large quantities (200+ units) need 4 weeks from PO. Export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, UK customs-classification support, calibration reports) is handled in-house. Warranty is 24 months from dispatch; spares ship from India by air freight on request. Remote support in English, Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 IST.
