Why Titan Asset

Three reasons facility teams and OEM machine builders embed Titan Asset on critical equipment.

Energy + Vibration + Temp

Three sensor types in one device. Electrical signatures detect load anomalies, vibration catches bearing wear, temperature flags thermal stress.

Inrush Current Capture

High-speed sampling during motor start up. Inrush profile changes reveal bearing condition, impeller loading, belt tension, and winding degradation.

Edge Anomaly Detection

Baseline learning on-device. Flags deviations in vibration FFT, power factor, runtime pattern, and inrush profile without cloud round-trips.

The Problem

Industrial motors, pumps, and compressors fail without warning. By the time a bearing seizes or a winding burns out, the damage is done — unplanned downtime, emergency repairs, and production losses that cost far more than the replacement part.

Traditional condition monitoring requires dedicated vibration analysers, trained technicians, and periodic walk-around inspections. Most facilities can't justify the cost for every motor on every floor — so the majority of equipment runs unmonitored until it fails.

Titan Asset changes this by combining energy metering with vibration and temperature sensing in a single DIN rail device. Every metering point becomes a condition monitoring point — at a fraction of the cost of dedicated predictive maintenance hardware.

What It Measures

Two measurement categories, one DIN rail device.

Electrical

Full Titan Base parameter set — V, I, P, PF, f, kWh, harmonics, THD. Plus inrush current capture with high-speed sampling at motor start and configurable trigger threshold.

Vibration + Temperature

External MEMS accelerometer. FFT analysis on-device — dominant frequencies, amplitude trends, baseline deviation scoring. External PT100/PT1000 for bearing or winding temperature.

System Architecture

Titan Asset on the DIN rail, three sensor inputs, one cloud stream.

Titan Asset system architecture — monitored assets (pumps, compressors, motors, HVAC, conveyors, specialised machinery) connected through Titan Asset to the Tech OVN platform, app, CMMS/SCADA, and third-party condition monitoring systems

Applications

Four common deployment scenarios — from individual motors to OEM equipment lines.

Pump Stations

Water utilities, HVAC circulation, industrial process pumps. Detect cavitation, bearing wear, and impeller damage from the DIN rail.

Compressors

HVAC, compressed air, refrigeration. Track efficiency degradation and predict maintenance before unplanned downtime.

Motors & Drives

Conveyor, fan, blower, machine tool. Inrush profiling and vibration trending catch degradation months before failure.

OEM Embedded

Machine builders embed Titan Asset for aftermarket monitoring-as-a-service. Ship equipment with built-in condition intelligence.

What It Detects

Five failure-mode categories surfaced from the meter's raw data.

The detection patterns above are identified by the Energy Intelligence Platform's algorithms working on the meter's raw data. The meter captures and streams the data; the platform learns baselines and flags deviations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about vibration monitoring, energy metering, and predictive maintenance on rotating equipment.

A vibration monitoring system measures mechanical movement on rotating equipment and flags deviations that signal bearing wear, imbalance, misalignment, or cavitation. Most systems are dedicated wireless sensors that run alongside an electrical meter. Titan Asset combines both in a single DIN rail device — Class 0.5S electrical metering plus an external MEMS accelerometer with on-device FFT — so every metering point also becomes a condition monitoring point.
Yes — Titan Asset is built for that. It delivers utility-grade Class 0.5S electrical metering (V, I, P, kWh, kVARh, harmonics, PF) and runs an MEMS-based vibration analysis on an external accelerometer, with PT100/PT1000 temperature input and inrush current capture, in the same compact DIN rail housing.
Baselines are learned on-device. After commissioning, the meter records normal vibration FFT, inrush profile, and runtime patterns for the equipment, then flags deviations against that baseline locally. The data and the alert state stream over WiFi, Ethernet, or RS485 (Modbus RTU/TCP) once a network is available, but detection itself does not require an active cloud connection.
Yes. All measured parameters — electrical metering, vibration metrics, temperature, runtime, event logs — are exposed over Modbus RTU/TCP via RS485, Ethernet, or WiFi. Connect directly to any SCADA, BMS, CMMS, or predictive maintenance platform. The Tech OVN Energy Intelligence Platform is optional, not required.
Industrial motors, pumps (water, chilled water, process), compressors (HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air), conveyors, fans, blowers, and OEM machine tools. Three-phase or 3 × single-phase. Voltage range 48 V to 500 V AC; CT options 100 A / 200 A / 400 A / 800 A via LVCT.
