Our Heritage
Our parent company OVN Engineers was founded by Mr. O.P. Raheja in 1949 in the field of Power and Water. With decades of experience in water pumping stations and diesel generators, OVN has built a reputation for engineering reliability and customer commitment — not just selling products, but maintaining them throughout their useful life.
In 2019, OVN expanded into energy meters and electric vehicle chargers, establishing Tech OVN to bring next-generation energy intelligence to a connected world.

Our facility is equipped with MTE testing bench (0.15 accuracy class), automated tamper simulation machines, power analysers, and phantom loads. We manufacture static meters, smart meters, and EV chargers under one roof.
Certifications & Compliance
Tech OVN holds active BIS licenses for static and smart energy meters (CM/L 951284321 for IS 13779, CM/L 9512485222 for IS 16444), NABL-accredited testing under ISO/IEC 17025 with international ILAC MRA recognition, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 27001 management systems, and is named on the Central Electricity Authority's manufacturer reference list.

The Titan product line with cloud-based Energy Intelligence Platform for real-time monitoring, multi-source comparison, BESS sizing, and condition monitoring.
