White-label means our reference EV charger sold under your brand — fastest route, lowest customisation. OEM means we supply hardware (often the Titan EV controller board) that you integrate into your own enclosure and product. Yes. Standard IP55 enclosures are available off the shelf, and we also produce custom enclosures to your industrial-design or material spec. Custom enclosures involve a one-time tooling and pilot-batch step.

For export programmes, tell us the target market and we will tell you what testing it needs.
Any CPO platform that supports OCPP 1.6J or OCPP 2.0.1 will work — that's what our chargers are built to. Bring your own backend, or use our EV charging management software (CSMS, in early access). We help with OCPP integration, and for bulk orders we can adapt the charger firmware to make integration with your platform easier.
Yes. We sign NDAs for ODM and OEM programmes. Custom enclosure designs, custom firmware behaviour, and OCPP customisations developed for an ODM partner are not sold to other customers.

Commercial terms are also distinct: MOQ 200, 4 weeks from PO, help with OCPP integration (firmware adaptation for bulk orders), no subsidy filing.
You own your brand, your configuration, and your charging data. The charger runs Tech OVN's Titan EV controller firmware, licensed to you for the life of the product with OTA updates included. We retain the core firmware IP so we can keep supporting and improving it — but you are never dependent on a proprietary Tech OVN cloud to run your fleet, because the charger speaks standard OCPP to whatever backend you choose.
Lock-in in this industry comes from two things: a proprietary connector, and a backend only the manufacturer can talk to. Our chargers ship Type 2 with OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 support, so you can point them at any OCPP-compliant backend — yours or a third party's — and switch providers later without replacing hardware. You're buying standards-compliant hardware, not a subscription to our cloud.
If the only change is branding — logo, faceplate, colour — the tested internals are unchanged. If the enclosure itself changes — a different housing, thermal design, or ingress construction — expect the product to need re-testing. We tell you up front which of your changes are cosmetic and which are likely to trigger a re-test, so there are no surprises before launch.
