Standards & certifications

Titan conforms to IEC 62053-22 (Class 0.5S active energy) and IEC 62052-11 (general requirements). EV chargers conform to IEC 61851 and support OCPP 1.6J / 2.0.1 with MID-grade metering options. Our UAE ECAS certification is under qualification; Saudi import typically requires IEC + Certificate of Origin, which we provide with every shipment.

Our CE marking, UL listing, and UAE ECAS certifications are currently under qualification. Export deliveries today ship with IEC 62053 / IEC 62052 test reports and Indian BIS compliance documentation. Pilot orders and distributor sample units are available on request.

Deployment & logistics

We ship FOB Mundra / Nhava Sheva or CIF Jeddah / Dammam on request. Transit to Jeddah is typically 12–15 days; King Abdullah Port (KAP) is common for industrial consignees. Pilot-order lead time 4–6 weeks; volume orders 8–10 weeks. Export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, chamber-attested Certificate of Origin, SASO-required documentation, IEC test reports) are handled in-house. 24-month warranty; spares via air freight to Jeddah or Riyadh.

What importers and EPC partners typically ask before a sample order.

SASO is currently under qualification as part of our broader GCC compliance programme. Saudi commercial-project deployments today rely on our IEC test reports, which are acceptable to most private EPCs and consultants. For public-sector or utility-specified tenders requiring active SASO marking, the certification timeline is part of our 2026 roadmap.
We ship to any Saudi consignee with a commercial licence — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Mecca, Medina, Tabuk, NEOM, Jizan. Sea freight typically lands at Jeddah Islamic Port or King Abdullah Port; air freight lands at Riyadh or Jeddah airports. Inland trucking to final destination is coordinated by your importer.
Our Type 2 AC chargers suit destination charging (hotels, malls, offices, compounds, housing). For highway DC fast charging — the typical public-charging network use case — we do not currently supply DC fast units. Our roadmap includes DC fast chargers for 2026; commercial Type 2 AC remains our active Saudi export SKU today.
Yes — for private / EPC-specified sections. We provide full technical datasheets, IEC test reports, sample units, and factory-tour support for EPC qualification. Many of our UAE reference deployments (hotels, commercial buildings) are directly comparable reference cases for Saudi giga-project MEP consultants.
All product documentation, datasheets, and software UIs are in English. We do not currently ship Arabic-localised LCD firmware, but we can coordinate with your distributor to configure site-level Arabic signage for customer-facing installations. Our remote support is delivered in English, GMT+5:30 hours (full overlap with Saudi business hours).
24-month warranty on all exported SKUs. Spares ship from Haryana; air-freight to Jeddah or Riyadh is 72 hours for Tier-1 customers. For volume customers, we offer a consignment spares programme with your preferred Saudi forwarder, reducing spares lead time to 24 hours.
