Standards & certifications

Titan is engineered to IEC 62053-22 (Class 0.5S active) and IEC 62052-11 (general requirements). Every unit ships with test reports. Our EV chargers meet IEC 61851 and support OCPP 1.6J / 2.0.1, with MID-grade metering options for billing-compliant deployments. UAE ECAS certification is under qualification — UAE distributors and system integrators receiving sample units today can support your ECAS filing with our full technical file.

Our CE marking, UL listing, and UAE ECAS certifications are currently under qualification. Export deliveries today ship with IEC 62053 / IEC 62052 test reports and Indian BIS compliance documentation. Pilot orders and distributor sample units are available on request.

Deployment & logistics

We ship FOB Mundra / Nhava Sheva or CIF Jebel Ali on request. Typical pilot-order lead time is 4–6 weeks from PO; volume orders 8–10 weeks. Export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, IEC test reports) is handled in-house. For OEM customers, we offer Skype / Teams FAT sessions and on-site commissioning support through our regional partners. Post-sale warranty is 24 months; we support spares via air freight to Dubai within 72 hours for Tier-1 customers.

Frequently asked questions

What importers and EPC partners typically ask before a sample order.

Not directly — we are an Indian manufacturer. In the UAE, we supply through importer-distributors and EPC partners, who can present our IEC test reports to DEWA for project-level specification approval. Our UAE ECAS certification is under qualification, which will extend consumer-grade product recognition.
Pilot orders (10–50 meters or 5–20 chargers): 4–6 weeks from PO. Volume orders: 8–10 weeks. Air freight pilot samples can ship within 7–10 working days from PO to Dubai. We coordinate freight through your preferred forwarder or handle CIF Jebel Ali on request.
Yes. Type 2 AC is the dominant AC connector standard across UAE-sold EVs (Tesla Model 3/Y, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Polestar, MG, BYD, etc.). Our 3.3 / 7.4 / 11 / 22 kW units all use the IEC 62196-2 Type 2 connector. We do not supply CHAdeMO or GB/T.
The UAE-side import clearance is the importer's responsibility, but we provide the full export-side documentation needed for Dubai Customs: commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin (chamber-attested if required), IEC test reports, and HSN classification. For first-time importers, we can introduce you to UAE forwarders we've worked with.
Yes. Our OEM programme supports branded faceplates, custom packaging, and firmware flavouring (your OCPP endpoint, your logo on the LCD, your warranty terms). MOQ for white-label AC chargers is 50 units. For the controller-only variant (where you build your own charger chassis), the MOQ is 100 units.
24-month warranty on all exported SKUs. Spares ship from Haryana on demand; air-freight to Dubai is 72 hours for Tier-1 customers. We maintain a spares-consignment model with select distributors in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to reduce spares lead time to 24 hours for volume customers.
