Every unit is configured for the UAE low-voltage supply — 230 V single-phase / 400 V three-phase at 50 Hz — so there is no re-rating on arrival, and Titan is rated for −25°C to +70°C operation. Class 0.5S metering for commercial buildings, hotels, and district-cooling sub-metering, plus 3.3–22 kW Type 2 AC chargers for hotel, mall, and commercial-complex EV infrastructure.

Standards & certifications

Titan is designed to IEC 62053-22 (Class 0.5S active) and IEC 62052-11 (general requirements), and is CE certified. Units are configured for the UAE low-voltage supply — 230 V single-phase / 400 V three-phase at 50 Hz — matching DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, and FEWA distribution, so no re-rating is required. Our Type 2 EV chargers are type-tested to IS 17017 (BIS), designed to IEC 61851-1, support OCPP 1.6J / 2.0.1 and include built-in Class 1 metering.

Titan meters are CE certified, and our Type 2 AC EV chargers are type-tested to IS 17017 (BIS) and designed to IEC 61851-1. Export deliveries ship with NABL-accredited calibration reports. We do not hold other market-specific approvals today, so we confirm the documentation your market needs before you order. Pilot orders and distributor sample units are available on request.

Deployment & logistics

We ship FOB Mundra / Nhava Sheva or CIF Jebel Ali on request. Catalogue meters and chargers ship from stock; large quantities (200+ units) need 4 weeks from PO. Export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, calibration reports) is handled in-house. For OEM customers we run remote video FAT sessions. Our support team works Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 IST. Warranty is 24 months from dispatch; spares ship from India by air freight on request.

Because India runs on the same 50 Hz / 230–400 V system, there is no frequency re-rating or field reconfiguration needed when the units land in the UAE.
Yes — this is a common UAE use case. For electrical sub-metering, the Titan 3-phase Class 0.5S meter allocates kWh per tenant, floor, or plant. For the cooling side, the Titan BTU chilled-water meter measures BTU / ton-hour so district-cooling providers and building operators can bill occupants for actual cooling consumed. The two meters report into the same dashboard, which suits both plant-room and consumer-side district-cooling metering.
The energy sub-metering required by Dubai's Al Sa'fat and Abu Dhabi's Estidama green-building frameworks maps directly onto Titan's circuit-, floor-, and tenant-level metering. For retrofit and energy-performance-contract work — including Etihad ESCO-style programmes — our Titan Audit split-core logger captures pre- and post-retrofit baselines without shutting down the load, giving auditors the measurement-and-verification data these projects require. We provide the metering hardware and data; project certification remains with your UAE consultant or ESCO.
Not directly — we sell through importer-distributors and EPC partners, who can present our CE certification and calibration reports for project-level specification approval. We do not hold UAE-specific product approvals such as ECAS today.

Yes. Type 2 AC is the dominant AC connector standard across UAE-sold EVs (Tesla Model 3/Y, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Polestar, MG, BYD, etc.). Our 3.3 / 7.4 / 11 / 22 kW units all use the IEC 62196-2 Type 2 connector. We do not supply CHAdeMO or GB/T.
The UAE-side import clearance is the importer's responsibility, but we provide the full export-side documentation needed for Dubai Customs: commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin (chamber-attested if required), calibration reports, and HSN classification.
Yes. Our OEM programme supports branded faceplates, custom packaging, and firmware flavouring (your OCPP endpoint, your logo on the LCD, your warranty terms). MOQ for white-label AC chargers is 200 units, with a 4-week lead time. For the controller-only variant (where you build your own charger chassis), the MOQ is 50 units.
