Standards & certifications

Titan conforms to IEC 62053-22 and IEC 62052-11. EV chargers conform to IEC 61851-1 and support OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1. CE marking is currently under qualification. Pilot orders today ship with a full technical file (IEC test reports, schematic, declaration of conformity draft) so French importers acting as the Responsible Person under EU 765/2008 can issue their own CE DoC — the typical path for Indian-manufactured hardware into the EU.

Our CE marking, UL listing, and UAE ECAS certifications are currently under qualification. Export deliveries today ship with IEC 62053 / IEC 62052 test reports and Indian BIS compliance documentation. Pilot orders and distributor sample units are available on request.

Deployment & logistics

We ship FOB Nhava Sheva / Mundra or CIF Le Havre / Marseille on request. Transit is typically 20–26 days. Pilot-order lead time 4–6 weeks; volume orders 8–10 weeks. Export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, TARIC classification, IEC test reports) in-house. 24-month warranty; spares via air freight to Paris / Lyon in 48–72 hours. Remote support in English during CET business hours.

What importers and EPC partners typically ask before a sample order.

CE marking is currently under qualification. Export shipments today include a full technical file suitable for your French importer to issue their own CE Declaration of Conformity under EU 765/2008 — the standard practice for Indian-manufactured hardware imported into France. Once our own CE marking is complete, the declaration moves to us as the manufacturer.
