Standards & certifications
Titan conforms to IEC 62053-22 (Class 0.5S active) and IEC 62052-11. EV chargers conform to IEC 61851-1 and natively support OCPP 2.0.1 — the standard demanded by most modern German commercial CPO deployments. Our CE marking is currently under qualification; pilot orders today ship with IEC test reports, and we support importers / OEM partners by sharing the technical-file package for their own CE declaration where they act as the Responsible Person.
Our CE marking, UL listing, and UAE ECAS certifications are currently under qualification. Export deliveries today ship with IEC 62053 / IEC 62052 test reports and Indian BIS compliance documentation. Pilot orders and distributor sample units are available on request.
Deployment & logistics
We ship FOB Nhava Sheva / Mundra or CIF Hamburg / Rotterdam on request. Transit is typically 18–24 days. Pilot-order lead time 4–6 weeks; volume orders 8–10 weeks. Our export team handles commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, HSN / TARIC classification, and IEC test reports. 24-month warranty; spares via air-freight to Frankfurt or Munich in 48–72 hours for Tier-1 customers. We support EU-timezone commercial calls (our team covers 12:30 to 21:00 CET).
