Reserve 4–8 EV-capable bays near high-traffic anchors (grocery, cinema, food court). 22 kW Type 2 chargers, covered parking preferred.

Basement Parking

Ventilation is critical. Install 7.4 kW or 11 kW chargers (lower thermal load) and comply with NBC 2016 fire & ventilation norms.

Rooftop / Open Lot

Full 22 kW deployment possible. Weather-sealed IP55 enclosures, surge protection for direct sun + monsoon exposure.

Valet-Operated Fast Lane

1–2 DC fast chargers (30–60 kW) at the valet stand for top-up convenience. High-turnover stall; guest pays premium for speed.

Yes. Tech OVN chargers are OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1 compliant — they work with every major Indian CPO platform (ChargeZone, Statiq, Tata Power EZ Charge, BOLT, Numocity, Kazam, and others). You can also operate them directly via our own platform if you don't want to involve a CPO.
Indian NBC 2016 applies. Key requirements: minimum 6 ACH ventilation in the charging zone, fire detection + suppression (either CO₂ or clean agent), signage, and grounded metallic conduits. We handle compliance-ready BOQ as part of the turnkey install.
